Digital impression taking

Digital impression taking, also called intraoral scanning, is pleasant and comfortable for the patient. The use of a viscous impression material, which has to harden in the mouth for several minutes, is not necessary. Digital impression taking is therefore also ideally suited for «anxious patients» or patients with a pronounced gag reflex.
